Lawrence Alexander
Lawrence's interest in manual therapy began through his upbringing in Asia and the Middle East, where approaches such as massage and acupuncture are used to treat musculoskeletal and broader health issues — and in particular through their success in treating his childhood asthma.
This sparked a lifelong study of the body, its self-healing capabilities and the effects of physical disturbances on health, culminating in formal studies in Osteopathy in Europe and Remedial Massage Therapy in Australia, alongside his own interest in movement and flow.
As a practitioner, Lawrence is drawn to the intersection of health, holistic bodywork and movement. These principles, grounded in orthopaedic diagnosis, anatomical knowledge, physiology and an understanding of structure and function, inform his treatments and client care.
